Spain. Seriously good, reasonably priced Cava! Baked citrus fruit, lemon and grapefruit with a lovely toasty finish. A fantastic fizz with fresh crispness and morish lees aging giving flavours of choux pastry and white chocolate – delicious.
I had forgotten how tasty this is, really bright and fresh with loads of flavour.
