Soft redcurrant notes with hints of raspberry leaf, with a lovely creamy mouthfeel. 12% Alc.
Champagne is produced using a blend of wines from 3 different grapes, chardonnay which is whte, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meurnier which are both red. Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% black grapes but is still a white champagne!
90% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier.
