Description
Garganega is traditionally used in Soave from this part of the world (Castelforte is a fusion of the Italian words for castle and fort in honour of the walled town of Soave). This one has fleshy, full-textured flavour; think juicy, soft pear juice dribbling off your chin.
Full-bodied, almond, citrus, peach, vanilla and a fresh, clean finish. A cracker, with real depth and character and horribly underpriced!
