A blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay grapes from vineyards around Angers, Saumur and Tours;
made by the Traditional Method with the wine being aged for a year in bottle prior to release.
The mousse is rich and frothy with ripe up-front flavours of peach and white-fleshed fruits, followed by a refreshing finish.
